Welcome to WISE Tutor Hub! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1- Acceptance of Terms:
By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
WISE Tutor Hub provides online tuition for Federal Board (FBISE) students in Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12. We offer:
Live interactive Zoom classes
Past paper practice sessions
Test assessments (including half-book and full-book tests at the end of each batch)
We offer both 1 on 1 and Group Classes.
Each group class includes a maximum of 5 students to ensure personalized attention.
3. Class Duration
Each live class is conducted for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
4. Payment and Refunds:
All course fees must be paid in full before you can access the course materials. We accept payments through JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major credit/debit cards. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which is available on request.
5. Learning Policy
No class recordings will be provided, as our focus is on real-time interactive learning. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate actively.
6. Missed Classes Policy
If a class is missed due to the teacher’s unavailability, it will be rescheduled or compensated.
However, if a class is missed by the student, no makeup class will be arranged.
7. Teaching Material & Learning Philosophy
We do not provide pre-made notes, as we strongly believe in conceptual understanding rather than rote learning (“ratta baazi”). Students are encouraged to prepare their own notes during and after live interactive classes, with proper guidance provided by our teachers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our teaching material is strictly prohibited.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
